To secure the item in the holder, tighten each set-screw evenly with the included Allen wrench. This holder secures round and irregularly shaped items including pens, pencils markers, paintbrushes, crayons, and other items that measure 1/8 to 7/16 inches in diameter. The holder provides added weight for those having difficulty bearing down with a writing device or with shaky hands. The holder includes three long adjustable set screws to hold items securely.
