The Button and Zip with No Grip Tool Package of 2 are durable stainless steel, one piece tools for buttoning and zipping with limited or no grip. These adapted buttoning and zipping aids were designed by a quadriplegic specifically for buttoning and zipping pants. The stainless spring back steel will not rust or damage clothing. The Button and Zip with No Grip Tool allows a person with zero grip or dexterity, passive grip, or natural tendonesis to use their thumb to pull a button through a button hole and pull a zipper. The tool is positioned by placing the thumb through the loop, past the knuckle with the flat side against the body. The tool is inserted through the button hole from the outside of the pants, then moved over the button and rotated to secure the button. The hook at the bottom of the tool is inserted into the opening in the zipper tab. The Button and Zip with No Grip Tool has been tested and used successfully for the past 10 years by people with limited or poor hand grip.
