OPTP Dual Foam Smart-Roller

The OPTP Dual Foam Smart-Roller is a durable ‘two-in-one’ foam roller ideal for balance, strengthening, and body awareness exercises. The two different sides, one round, and the other flatter allow this unique foam roller to be used for a wide variety of activities. The patented, uniquely designed Smart-Roller is a durable, versatile foam roller therapeutic aid for rehabilitation and balance training. Users will find the rounder side allows increased roller movement and the flatter side decreases movement. With the flat side down, the user can sit or stand for balance-related movements. For more challenging, dynamic workouts, the user can place the rounded side down. The Smart-Roller is especially useful as an addition to The Meeks Method for the physical therapy management for clients with osteoporosis, osteopenia, postural problems, and compression fractures. This patented, uniquely designed, resilient, durable ‘two-in-one’ foam roller is one of the most versatile foam rollers available. While its rounder side increases roller movement, its flatter side decreases movement. Each Smart-Roller measures 36 inches long, and 4 inches in diameter and can be easily cleaned using a disinfecting wipe, or a wet cloth with dishwashing or laundry detergent.
