The Posey Extra Large Positioning Wedge is recommended for positioning patients who are very tall. This extra-large wedge is ideal for tall patients who require additional positioning support in a bed or chair. The Posey Extra Large Positioning Wedge is filled with lightweight polystyrene beads. Unlike foam pillows, this bed wedge can be easily placed in position and shaped for the individual’s needs. The unique construction of an outer vinyl mesh, breathable fabric shell with a non-absorbent, polystyrene bead fill allows air to flow through the wedge, eliminating the discomfort of heat buildup that commonly occurs with using conventional foam pillows. The Posey Extra Large Positioning Wedge measures 23 inches long, 7 inches wide, and 9 inches high. Nonreturnable if the packaging is opened.
