Adjusting the seat height makes transfers easier, allows the chair to fit perfectly over a toilet, and the adjustment does not require tools. The smart design provides users a large and comfortable seating area even though the chair is neat and slim. The powder-coated steel frame is rust-proof and corrosion-resistant with drainage holes specifically constructed at key points along the frame for maximum water removal. The seat, backrest, armrests, and foot support are composed of polypropylene which is durable and easy-to-clean. The armrests unlock and swing away for making lateral transfers in and out of the rolling chair to a wheelchair easier. For increased mobility and safety, all four of the three-inch caster wheels have locking mechanisms. The rear of the seat is fully open for easy access for hygiene care. The Etac Clean Adjustable Mobile Shower Commode Chair foot support system has a slightly rounded shape, and four different angle and height settings to provide comfortable support. The foot support system can be easily pushed under the chair when not needed.
