Users missing fingers or missing parts of their left hand can use this adapted grip aid to hold items securely and with more control. The Active Hands Limb Difference Grip Aid Left Hand is designed for users who have some or all of their fingers missing, parts of their left hand missing, or a limb difference in their left hand or fingers. This may include those with dysmelia (conditions from birth), or those who have sustained a limb difference through amputation, injury or illness. A wider section of the wrist is required as an anchor point to transfer the pulling force to when using this gripping aid. Users will find this gripping device can be used for a wide variety of activities such as kitchen utensils and gardening tools. The durable glove is strong enough to be used for weight lifting. A Velcro strap secures the aid around the wrist, a palm strap holds it in place, and a larger strap goes over the back of the hand to secure the grip.
