The NCMed Soft MP Ulnar Drift Supports : Fabrifoam are soft finger wraps that are comfortable for wearing all day. These finger supports are designed to help maintain neutral alignment of the MP joints for users with Rheumatoid arthritis while allowing them to perform daily tasks. The NCMed Soft MP Ulnar Drift Supports : Fabrifoam are made with thinner materials than Neoprene, and are non slip. The soft material provides warmth and comfortable, less bulky support. These adapted finger supports are designed to keep the MP joints of the hands in proper alignment to prevent ulnar drift. Swelling of the MP joints causes the fingers to shift toward the Ulna, resulting in Ulnar drift. These supports wrap around each MP joint to help provide proper alignment while allowing full flexion and extension. Each finger can be adjusted individually. To determine the correct size, measure width of MP joints. Small/Medium fits 2.5 to 3.5 inches, Medium/Large fits 3.5 to 4.5 inches.
