The three foam blocks provide three graded levels of resistance: light resistance using Soft Touch #1 Gold 1 to 1.5 pounds, medium resistance using Soft Touch #2 Blue 2.5 to 3 pounds, and firm resistance using Soft Touch #3 Gray 4.5 to 6 pounds.
