The All-Pro Adjustable Pediatric Wrist Weight is a fully adjustable, padded single cuff weight with weighted inserts. Designed especially for children, this adapted wrist weight can be adjusted to weigh up to 2 pounds. The All-Pro Adjustable Pediatric Wrist Weight is fully adjustable and padded for comfort. Each weight includes 12 iron rod inserts that weigh 2.7 ounces. The weighted rods can be easily inserted or removed in the fabric pouches made of durable nylon fabric. First, select the weight desired and lift the flap covering the weight pouch to add or remove weighted inserts as needed. Next, replace the flap cover over the weights and pull apart the hook and loop fastener. Then wrap the wrist weight around the wrist with the weight pouch to the rear and the hook and loop fastener to the front and press fastener in place. The All-Pro Adjustable Pediatric Wrist Weight is ideal for strengthening little arms, wrists, biceps, and upper body. Children who have difficulty with sensory processing and proprioception will find the cuff weight easy to use. All-Pro Adjustable Pediatric Wrist Weight Dimensions: 10 inches long, 4 inches wide.
