The device easily attaches to the wheelchair frame and converts a standard 14 to 22-inch wide wheelchair into a powered chair. Users can easily move over smooth or rough terrain without straining their arms, hands, or shoulders. The motor assist has 3-speed settings: ECO (3 mph), MED (6 mph), and HIGH (12 mph). The thoughtful design features include a kickstand, hand brake, throttle, light, horn, and treaded wheel. The built-in kickstand keeps the unit freestanding upright and ready to use between outings. For storage or travel, simply fold the handles in. The design makes it easy to maneuver tight spaces with its 360-degree turning radius, and it is powerful enough to climb inclines of up to 30 degrees. The treaded wheel provides traction on smooth or rough surfaces. Not recommended in sand or on loose gravel. The brake handle position is easily customizable for the user’s comfort. The included multi-tool allows the brake handle to be adjusted for users who have a decreased strength or a comprised grip without reducing safety.
