The Freedom Staff Thumb Control Hand Controls allow users to brake by pushing down the thumb control and accelerate by gently pulling the lever towards them. These portable and ergonomically-designed thumb-controlled drive-assist kit supports low-effort steering for drivers with limited hands and arms strength. The adaptive driving tools attach to any automatic transmission vehicle including cars, trucks, vans, and even golf carts. The revolutionary design allows the user to easily handle the steering wheel with one hand while operating the hand and thumb control device with the other hand. The controls are made of aircraft-grade aluminum and stainless steel hardware to provide smooth operation. The driving controls are easy to install using the included strap that slides over the steering column to stabilize the controls. They are also portable and easy to transport, measuring 14 inches long when folded and weighing less than 4 pounds. The controls are designed to allow the driver to operate the steering wheel using the right hand, while the hand controls are operated using the left hand.
