The generously sized 79-inch long, 49 inch wide, and 0.6-inch thick is extremely lightweight at approximately 13 pounds. Users with mobility or balance limitations will find that this non-slip mat provides greater stability. The AIREX Atlas Premium Exercise Mat is built for long-term use and designed for physiotherapy, rehab, stretching, floor exercises, and strength training. This soft, comfortable mat provides users cushioned support for floor and mat-based workouts, and exercises such as push-ups, sit-ups, squats, and lunges. Made from comfortable and non-slip closed-cell foam with an “integrally molded skin”, this mat effectively protects the user’s joints, ligaments, and tendons.
