Airex Balance Beam

The Airex Balance Beam is made of a soft, closed-cell, durable foam that provides an unstable base for effective balance training. This specialty foam trapezoid pad was developed especially for balance and proprioception exercises. The flat beam is shaped like a conventional balance beam and is safe for balancing and training. The Airex Balance Beam measures 64 inch long and gently compresses as the user stands on it, challenging the body to stabilize joints to maintain balance. This exercises deeper muscles compared to performing the same exercises without the balance beam. The beam can be positioned with the 9.5 inch wide side down for greater stability, or the 4.5 inch narrow-side down for a greater challenge. The foam texture provides a soft and safe feel that is comfortable for bare feet. The closed-cell, ultra-soft specialty foam resists both water and dirt. The Airex Balance Beam provides an unstable base that is safe and effective for improving walking and standing balance, upper and lower body stabilization and coordination.
