This portable under-desk elliptical provides 8 levels of resistance that target six of your bodyย’s muscle groups. To increase the resistance, simply turn the knob clockwise. The higher the number, the higher the resistance. The manufacturer recommends beginning at Level 1 and increasing the intensity gradually over time. The Cubii Go requires simple assembly. Insert the pedal tubes into the flywheel and the pedal wheel with the base of the unit. The unit is designed to be pedaled both forwards and backward so users can choose which direction works best or even alternate between the two. When pedaling the elliptical, the feet move approximately 12.25 inches horizontally for each full cycle of the pedals, so each foot (both left and right) has its own stride length of 6.125 inches.
