The OPTP Stretch-EZ Stretching Aid assists users in effectively stretching the foot, heel, ankle for increasing range of motion in the lower extremities. This easy to use stretching aid cradles the foot for a more comfortable and targeted stretch. The OPTP Stretch-EZ Stretching Aid is made of a comfortable polylaminate and webbing, with multiple strap loops for better control of each stretch. Users with limited range of motion undergoing treatment of plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, calf, thigh, hip and low back strains and injuries have found this unique stretching aid helpful. The cradle design encompasses the foot allowing for a comfortable stretch to the foot, heel, Achilles tendon, hamstring, quadriceps, inner/outer thigh and calf. The unique design alleviates stress on the heel and encourages full dorsiflexion of the toes. The strap measures 4 feet long from the handle to the boot.
