The Wheelchair Weather Chaps provide the ultimate protection for the lap and legs. These covers are designed to keep wheelchair and scooter users drier than a poncho because they fit snugly around the lower body. The Wheelchair Weather Chaps are made from high-quality durable nylon with a urethane coating for moisture resistance and durability. The fleece lining is easily removed and reattached to provide additional warmth and allows easy cleaning. The waist strap can be secured around the waist or around the seatback. Simply slide feet into the bottom pocket, then pull it over the legs and lap for waterproof protection. The bottom is contoured so nothing gets caught in the front casters, and a strap behind the lower legs provides added security. The Wheelchair Weather Chaps are available in three sizes: Pediatric size for children and small adults, Adult size, and Extra wide. Pediatric size measures 30 inches long, 27 inches wide, and the pocket circumference is 14 inches high and 19 inches wide. The Adult size measures 47 inches long, 27 inches wide, and the pocket circumference is 15 inches high and 20 inches wide. The Adult Extra Wide size measures 48 inches long, 36 inches wide, and the pocket circumference is 15 inches high and 28 inches wide.
